Rochester Regional Health in Canton, NY is seeking a Patient Representative for the ORTHO SPORTS department. You will support patient encounters, document in EMR, and coordinate with the care team to ensure timely, accurate information.
The role requires at least 1 year of outpatient medical office experience, EHR/EMR proficiency, and strong medical terminology knowledge. Full-time, 40 hours/week with 10-hour shifts; pay range is $19.46–$28.55 per hour, commensurate with experience.

Schedule: Tues - Friday 6:30am-5pm or 6:45am-5:15pm (10hr shift)
Utilize electronic medical record (EMR) modules and other office equipment to perform all clerical tasks in an efficient and timely manner. Works in collaboration with physicians (MD, DO), Physician Assistants (PA), Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM), and Nurse Practitioner (NP).
S - Sedentary Work - Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time, but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time. Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally and all other sedentary criteria are met.

$19.46 - $28.55
The listed base pay range is a good faith representation of current potential base pay for a successful full time applicant. It may be modified in the future and eligible for additional pay components. Pay is determined by factors including experience, relevant qualifications, specialty, internal equity, location, and contracts.
Note: Not all per diem roles are union eligible
