CareNow Urgent Care in Utah is seeking a Patient Care Representative to support patient check-in, scheduling, and front-desk operations. You will collaborate with clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow and accurate information entry.

The role emphasizes customer service, insurance verification, and proficiency with clinic computer systems; BLS certification within 30 days is required. Clinic hours include weekday and weekend shifts.

Responsabilidades

• Checks-in patients in a timely manner; follows Web Check-in procedures.
• Answers clinic phone calls and provides information or routes questions.
• Verifies insurance in a timely and accurate manner.
• Ensures the occupational client’s preference card is followed.
• Reviews patient paperwork for completeness and collects insurance/demographic data.
• Completes Daily Balance Checklist after each shift; documents all payments.

Job Summary and Qualifications

We are seeking a Patient Care Representative like you who provides expertise and is a champion of patient care. We are an amazing team that works hard to support each other and are seeking a phenomenal addition like you who feels patient care is as meaningful as we do.

What you will do in this role:

• Checks-in patients in a timely manner. Ensures all Web Check-in procedures are followed
• Answers phone calls to the clinic and provides information or refers questions to others as needed
• Verifies insurance timely and accurately
• Ensures the occupational client’s preference card is followed and occupational procedures
• Reviews all patient paperwork to ensure completeness and insures collection of necessary insurance / demographic information
• Completes Daily Balance Checklist after each shift. Includes all forms of payment are accounted for and documented

The CareNow Urgent Care Clinic hours are Monday-Friday 8am-9pm, Saturdays 8am-8pm, and Sundays 8am-5pm. You must have the flexibility to work during those hours.

What Qualifications you will need:
