What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

  • Serve as a resource for service line leadership in handling complex and sensitive patient issues, providing coaching and guidance
  • Coordinate investigations of patient complaints and ensure timely resolution and communication
  • Utilize the patient relations reporting system to manage patient concerns and track resolution status
  • Collaborate with leadership on educational programs to enhance staff awareness of patient complaint handling
  • Review patient feedback data and provide recommendations for quality improvement initiatives

What Is Required (Qualifications)

  • 5+ years of experience in member/guest/patient customer service
  • 5+ years of experience in the healthcare industry
  • Proven ability to use electronic tools and applications relevant to job duties
  • Exceptional writing and speaking skills for effective communication with patients and stakeholders
  • Solid organizational skills, good judgment, and attention to detail
