Job Description Summary:
The Specialist, Patient Registration is responsible for facilitating new patient’s transition to Option Care Health services with the goal of delivering a consistent onboarding experience where patients and referral partners feel Option Care Health makes it easy to transition care.
A Day in the Life at Option Care Health
Works in conjunction with Sales to prepare patients for OCH services and facilitates all aspects of the patient’s transition to home or one of our Ambulatory Infusion sites.
This role is remote and supports the Central Standard time zone.

Basic Education and/or Experience Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent is required.
Minimum of two years of experience in related experience required.
Basic Qualifications
Ability to multi-task and support numerous referrals/priorities at one time.
Ability to work in a fast past environment.
Must be detail-oriented and have a high degree of quality focus.
High degree of customer service skills required.
Ability to troubleshoot, problem solve and collaborate with cross-functional team members across sales and operation functions.

Preferred Qualification & Interests
Previous healthcare/medical billing experience preferred.

Salary to be determined by the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
Pay Range is $17.52-$29.20
