The PRN role requires flexibility across daytime, evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays. The position emphasizes accurate information gathering, patient service, and teamwork in a hospital setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in patient registration or similar administrative roles.
• Ability to collect and verify patient demographic and insurance information.
• Familiarity with hospital admission procedures and data entry software.

Responsabilités

• Greet patients and visitors as the initial point of contact.
• Complete registrations in a professional, accurate and timely manner.
• Obtain insurance information and health plan details from patients.
• Distribute required handouts to patients or their representatives.
• Maintain forms in printers and assist with supplies.
• Be prepared to work at another Baptist Health Care location as needed.
• Support department operations and assist during severe weather or emergencies.
• Provide hospitality and concierge services to enhance the hospital experience.
