Job summary

R1 RCM Inc. is hiring a part-time Patient Registration Professional at Intermountain Logan Regional Hospital in Logan, UT. You will help patients check in during registration, answer questions, and collect information accurately while providing compassionate service.

No prior healthcare experience is required; training is provided. You must be prepared to see illness, pass a drug test, and complete a background check. Vaccinations up to date are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Excellent customer service experience is required.
• Preferred: Medical experience.

Responsibilities

• Working on computers and answering phones to intake information in a busy environment across multiple screens.
• Collecting patient and insurance information accurately and entering it into multiple programs.
• Interacting with patients who may be ill or anxious and building rapport in real time.
• Registering patients quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced hospital setting.
