Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Receives and directs phone calls and greets visitors in a courteous manner.
• Registers patients in the EHR and verifies/update patient records and insurance details.
• Collects copays and payments; reconciles daily cash reports.
• Directs patient accounts to financial counselors for payment plan discussions.
• Operates standard office equipment and maintains organized office records.
