Northwest Asthma and Allergy Center is seeking a detail-oriented Patient Registration Specialist to join our centralized operations team. This onsite role at our Seattle clinic handles end-to-end patient registration, scheduling, and insurance verification, supporting both external patients and internal clinical teams.
You will manage high-volume calls, ensure accuracy, and collaborate with multiple locations while using EMR/EHR systems and Microsoft Office 365.
Annual Salary: $45,760 to $58,240 ($22.00 to $28.00 per hour)
This is a non-exempt position that is paid by the hour. Applicants must pass a background check.

As the vital first point of contact for our practice, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional experience for both external patients and internal clinical teams across all six of our clinic locations. This job is fully onsite at our Seattle clinic in the Northgate area.
In this expanded, fast-paced role, you will go beyond traditional call handling—managing end-to-end patient registration, patient scheduling, insurance verification, service authorization, referral management, and digital communications.
