Job summary

Norman Regional is seeking a friendly Registration Clerk to accurately enter patient information into the registration system and perform quality control checks. You will assist patients with registration, collect co-pays, and maintain a clean, professional work area in a fast-paced healthcare setting.

You will need at least one year of clerical experience and six months of healthcare experience, typing 30 WPM, and strong customer and telephone skills.

Qualifications

• One year clerical experience and six months healthcare experience are required.
• Keyboard skills accurate 30 wpm.
• Expertise in customer relations, telephone skills and computer applications.
• Working knowledge of Medical Terminology required.

Responsibilities

• Accurately enter patient information into registration system.
• Perform quality control checks on registration data.
• Assist patients complete necessary registration.
• Keep work area clean, organized and professional.
