Community Hospital in Fruita, CO is seeking a part-time, on-site Administrative Assistant (PRN/Pool). The role involves handling calls, interviewing patients, scheduling appointments, verifying insurance, posting payments, and supporting clinic administration.

The schedule is Monday–Friday; PRN coverage with a minimum of 3 shifts every 45 days. Requires a high school diploma and at least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably with medical practice exposure.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent,
• Minimum Experience: One(1) year of customer service experience; training in a medical practice preferred

Compensation

• The anticipated compensation range for this position is $18.00 - 20.70 per hour, commensurate with qualifications, education, experience, and other applicable factors. This position is exempt under the Fair Labor Standards Act.
• Additional compensation may be available in the form of discretionary incentive or other compensation programs. Any such additional compensation is not guaranteed and is determined at the sole discretion of the organization based on applicable program terms, individual and/or organizational performance, and other eligibility requirements.
