OhioHealth in Dublin, California seeks a Patient Access/Registration professional to collect demographic and financial information, verify insurance, and schedule outpatients. The role emphasizes exceptional service across patients, families, visitors, and physicians.

Job Description Summary:
This position begins the Revenue Cycle process by collecting accurate demographic and financial information to produce a clean claim necessary to receive timely reimbursement. In addition, this position provides exceptional support and customer service during encounters with patients, families, visitors, and OhioHealth Physicians and associates. 6:30a-3p every 4th weekend hours 11a-7:30p. Holiday requirements.
