Job summary

R1 RCM Inc. in Oshkosh, WI is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Patient Registration to be the first friendly face patients meet when they check in at Ascension NE Wisconsin Mercy.

You will help patients navigate the registration process, gather accurate information quickly, and respond with confidence and compassion in a fast-paced environment. No healthcare experience is required; a High School Diploma or GED is sufficient.

• Strong customer service experience is required.
• Ability to pass background check, drug test, and vaccination requirements.

Location: Ascension NE Wisconsin Mercy

Shift: Various days/shifts anywhere from 5:30a-11pm and every other weekend totaling 72 hours per pay period

As a Customer Service Representative in Patient Registration

you will be the first friendly face patients meet when they check into the hospital.

Requirements

For this US-based position, the base pay range is $16.00 - $21.10 per hour . Individual pay is determined by role, level, location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
