Job summary

R1 RCM Inc. is hiring a Customer Service Representative in Patient Registration at Ascension Seton Smithville.

You will be the first friendly face patients meet when they check in, helping them navigate the registration process and answer questions with confidence and compassion. You’ll work across systems to gather accurate information, build trust with patients, and support clinicians and front-line staff in a fast-paced hospital environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Strong customer service experience.
• Ability to pass background check, drug test, and vaccination requirements.

For this US-based position, the base pay range is $17.60 - $25.25 per hour . Individual pay is determined by role, level, location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
