R1 RCM Inc. is seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative to assist patients with hospital check-in and registration. You’ll collect information, answer questions, and support clinical staff in a fast-paced environment.

You don’t need healthcare experience; training will be provided. You must be able to type, use multiple computer screens, and provide compassionate service while handling sensitive health information. Shift: PRN as needed at Ascension St. John; Nowata area.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Excellent customer service experience.

Responsabilidades

• Help patients check into the hospital and answer registration questions.
• Input data across multiple screens and programs with accuracy and efficiency.
• Provide compassionate service while addressing patient fears, concerns, and questions.
