Mission Health is seeking a Patient Registrar to ensure timely and accurate patient registration and interview for all account details, including insurance coverage verification. You will work in a fast-paced setting supporting front-desk operations and assist patients with navigating their accounts.

Responsibilities include interviewing patients, verifying insurance, obtaining pre-certifications, collecting patient liabilities, and processing charts according to policies.

Qualifications

• Experience with patient registration processes and insurance verification.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Interview patients at workstations or bedside to obtain all necessary account information.
• Provide exemplary customer service.
• Ensure charts are completed and accurate.
• Verify insurance and obtain pre-certification/authorization.
• Calculate and collect patient liability amounts.
• Ensure signatures for treatment are obtained.
