Job Summary and Qualifications

As a Registrar, you will be responsible for timely and accurate patient registration, interviewing patients, and verifying insurance coverage.

Responsibilities include:

  • Interviewing patients and responsible individuals to obtain necessary information.
  • Providing exemplary customer service.
  • Completing and verifying charts and insurance details.
  • Obtaining pre-certification/authorization and calculating patient liabilities.
  • Securing signatures and processing paperwork according to standards.
  • Understanding policies regarding services, billing, and payments.

Qualifications:

  • 1 year of related experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office required.
