PATIENT REGISTRAR (PRN) - URGENT CARE POST FALLS

Join Northwest Specialty Hospital as a Patient Registrar (PRN) in our CDA Urgent Care Team! This position is per-diem, typically 1 to 2 shifts per week, including weekends (with weekend hours earning a $2.50/hour differential).

We seek a professional with excellent customer service skills, the ability to handle stress, and multitasking capabilities. Responsibilities include patient registration, preparing pre-registration packets, facilitating billing and collections, processing payments, updating medical records, managing calls, performing nightly closing, and calling patients for pre-registration notifications.

Qualifications and Preferred Experience

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Typing speed of at least 40 WPM
• Effective communication skills
• Customer service experience
• Prior clerical or medical office experience preferred
