• Demonstrates proficiency in Microsoft Office applications required.

Responsibilities

• Interview patients at workstations or bedside to obtain account information and verify insurance.
• Provide exemplary customer service and ensure charts are complete and accurate.
• Verify insurance benefits and obtain pre-certification/authorization when required.
• Calculate and collect patient liability amounts.
• Obtain necessary signatures for treatment and protect patient information.
• Process patient charts according to workflow and productivity standards.
