Talent Acquisition Specialist | Elite Clinical Network (ECN)
We are seeking a motivated and creative individual to join our growing Patient Recruitment Marketing Team in the position of Marketing Manager. In this role, you will lead the Patient Recruitment Marking team, reporting to the CCO, and be directly responsible for generating new patient leads through defined Patient Recruitment and Retention strategies, thereby increasing Elite Clinical Network’s national expansion through a variety of marketing duties and tasks. You will directly oversee all patient recruitment campaign across the United States, utilizing multiple channels and dynamically manage internal and external stakeholders. You will contribute to the strategy and direction of ECN’s internal patient recruitment marketing team with a keen emphasis on ROI and reporting.
Responsibilities
- Support marketing efforts of Elite Clinical Network from a corporate and site-specific perspective, including overseeing and contributing to the creation of meaningful content targeting patients.
- Perform patient recruitment activities to optimize and push visibility of clinical trial sites within the network, including managing media campaigns and patient recruitment funnels across channels (radio, print, grassroots, Google Ads, and Meta).
- Generate advertising campaigns on social media and industry networking sites, including, but not limited to: Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google, Clinical Connections, and vendor Partners.
- Provide management and oversight of patient recruitment vendors, including allocation of spend and ensuring quality, accuracy, and adherence to timelines.
- Oversee and direct marketing site lead(s), patient recruiters, and other contracted staff involved in marketing-related or advertising functions including virtual assistants.
- Escalate employee performance issues and concerns to the CCO in a prompt, professional manner.
- Clearly demonstrate marketing campaign performance with ROI metrics and associated reporting.
- Collaborate effectively with ECN Executive team to ensure marketing strategy aligns with organizational and financial company objectives.
- Place a high emphasis on strategic review of patient advertisement vendor campaigns data and ROI, using this data to inform the direction of future patient recruitment decision-making and ad spend.
- Work with creative services and other internal teams (Creative, Marketo, Workfront, Digital, Reporting) to complete deliverables including content, branding, landing pages, lead forms, campaign codes, goals, reporting processes, and engagement assets as needed.
- Drive patient recruitment strategies through outreach activities as directed by the Head of Marketing and/or Chief Commercial Officer.
- Serve as point-of-contact with CRAs on advertising budget and spend allocated to each trial.
- Manage marketing and advertising spend in accordance with sponsor budget requirements.
- Effectively multitask and balance marketing activities across a multi-site, multi-entity environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, life sciences or related field. Life sciences and higher level degrees preferred.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Minimum of 3 years of SEO or SEM experience; experience in health marketing is a plus.
- Preferred 3 to 5 years' experience of Clinical Research industry experience, with at least 2 years' experience related to Patient Recruitment.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Ads, Facebook/IG marketing, and other online advertising verticals.
- Proficient in current recruitment best practices and trends across the industry.
Required Skills
