Job summary

UniTriTeam is seeking a motivated Patient Recruiter to support clinical trials for one of our research clients. This fully remote role focuses on identifying and qualifying eligible participants to advance medical research and improve patient lives.

Responsibilities include outreach via calls, pre-screening against study protocols, and keeping accurate records in the recruitment system. A healthcare background and bilingual Spanish/English are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related field is required.
• Minimum 1 year clinical research experience.
• Minimum 2 years of call center experience, preferably in a medical/clinical setting.
• Bilingual Spanish/English is preferred.
