Job summary

Option Care Health Inc. is seeking a Specialist, Patient Registration to streamline new patient onboarding to our home infusion services. You’ll coordinate with sales, nursing, pharmacy, and referral sources to ensure a smooth transition to home care and AIS services.

Responsibilities include gathering documentation, securing upfront payments, and supporting denial management. This role offers a fast-paced environment with growth opportunities across the organization.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of two years of related experience required.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates discharge and secures nursing and delivery with patient, referral source, sales, pharmacy, and nursing teams.
• Creates and obtains all required documentation for new referrals.
• Secures patient upfront payment and assists with financial assistance options as needed.
• Supports follow-up on paperwork to ensure clean claims and denial management.
• Assists Patient Registration Supervisor and Manager with special assignments as needed.
