Job summary

Mass General Brigham is seeking a Patient Observer to provide constant observation for at-risk patients at our Salem, MA site. The role operates onsite with an evening shift and part-time hours (16 per week).

Responsibilities include assisting nursing staff, ensuring a clean environment, responding to patient calls, and stocking patient areas. Prior healthcare experience is preferred; high school diploma or equivalent is required.

The Patient Observer functions under the direction of the registered nurse responsible for providing specific care-related tasks in accordance with the individualized needs of the patient.
