Job summary

Saint Peter’s Health Care System is seeking a Patient Observer to provide compassionate support and monitoring for patients. The role emphasizes confidentiality and professional conduct, with the ability to recognize changes in patient condition that require RN intervention.

The observer will maintain a caring demeanor toward patients and families, ensure patient privacy, and collaborate with the RN on care tasks as needed.

The Patient Observer will:

Requirements:

• Level of maturity to maintain confidentiality, comport self professionally, with sensitivity, tact and diplomacy.
• Excellent observation skills.

Salary Range:17.00 - 22.95 USD

We offer competitive base rates that are determined by many factors, including job-related work experience, internal equity, and industry-specific market data. In addition to base salary, some positions may be eligible for clinical certification pay and shift differentials.

The salary range listed for exempt positions reflects full-time compensation and will be prorated based on employment status.
