You will receive and store items, document dietary information, and support nutritional care under the supervision of the care team.

Responsibilities include collecting patient meal choices, preparing tray tickets, using CBORD software, and maintaining FIFO stock, temperatures, and logs.

• Stocks pantry and kitchen areas per defined par levels.

• Prepares commissary orders and manages inventory data.
• Assists in training new employees as necessary.
