Job summary

Aramark’s Boulder Community Health location is seeking a part-time Dietary Worker to support patient meal services and operate in a fast-paced call center environment. You will use our software to record orders, answer questions, and coordinate with clinical teams to ensure accurate nutrition delivery.

The role requires strong customer service skills, the ability to stay calm under pressure, and comfortable use of technology including web-based software and telephony.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service and/or call center experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle patient meal service questions via phone and software systems.
• Take and route meal orders, ensuring accurate nutrition documentation.
• Collaborate with doctors, nurses and Nutrition team to support patient meals.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with safety and sanitation standards.
