Responsibilities

• Acting as the patient navigator's support to provide authorization and, in some cases, scheduling.
• Utilizing Office 365 products, Intergy, insurance carrier sites, reviewing prior authorizations and communicating with staff when needed.
• Sitting at a desk without interruption for extended periods of time may seem unnatural.
