The primary responsibility of this role is communication and coordination of care. As a Patient Navigator, you will engage with our patients to coordinate their medical services and ensure they have access to the resources they need. You will work closely with our medical team, advocate for our patients, and help them navigate the complexities of their healthcare journey.
