Sailor Health is seeking a Remote Advocacy Care Navigator to support existing patients exploring advocacy services. You will guide patients through onboarding, coordinate with the advocacy team, and manage communications across stages to ensure a seamless care experience.
Join a remote-first team focused on compassionate, coordinated care for older adults. Prior experience is welcome but not required, with opportunities for growth and meaningful impact in a supportive environment.
Sailor Health is revolutionizing mental health care for older adults, addressing one of the fastest-growing and most underserved healthcare segments in America. With over 60 million seniors expected to make up nearly 25% of the population by 2030, we're entering a period of unprecedented demand for care. Yet, today, millions of older adults remain isolated, underserved, and struggling with mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, and loneliness without adequate support.
At Sailor Health, we envision a world where every senior has seamless access to compassionate, effective, and personalized mental health care. Join us on our mission to redefine the golden years, enabling older adults across the nation to live happier, healthier, and more fulfilling lives.

We're hiring a full-time remote Advocacy Care Navigator to serve as a trusted guide for existing Sailor Health patients who are ready to take the next step in their care journey through our advocacy services. In this role, you'll connect with patients who have already begun working with a therapist and support them in accessing the additional resources, coordination, and advocacy they need to thrive.
This role blends patient support, care coordination, and emotional guidance. You'll be the steady, familiar voice that helps an established patient feel truly supported beyond their therapy sessions - walking them through advocacy intake with warmth, clarity, and close attention to detail.
It's a great fit for someone who finds meaning in continuity of care and who thrives at the intersection of empathy and execution.
This role isn’t for everyone. It’s fast-paced, chaotic, and requires hard work. But if this excites you, we’d love to meet you.
If this sounds like you, we'd love to connect. Join us in redefining what it means to age with dignity, connection, and mental wellness.
