Open Fertility in Roseville, CA is seeking a Patient Navigator to work with our Care Team to guide patients through fertility treatments. You will help simplify the process, coordinate tests, schedule appointments, and ensure a smooth handoff to nursing staff for cycle management.

Our Patient Navigators partner with our Care Team in helping our patients grow their families! Our Patient Navigators work hand-in-hand with our nursing team to provide our patients with the information they need to approach their treatment cycle with confidence. They simplify an often difficult and confusing process to ensure a seamless transition to the nursing team for cycle management.

The starting salary range for this role is $23-$28. Salary is based on several factors including job related knowledge and skill set, depth of experience, certifications and/or degrees.
