Job summary

Rad AI is seeking a dedicated navigation specialist to design and operate radiology follow-up programs. You will coordinate with nurse navigators, radiology technologists, and care teams to ensure timely patient follow-up and completion of recommendations.

Responsibilities include managing follow-up worklists, optimizing templates and outreach cadences, and providing clinical input to product teams. Proficiency with Epic, Cerner, or Meditech is a plus. US hours availability is expected.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in radiology follow-up, navigation, or care coordination in a clinical setting.
• Experience designing follow-up programs and leading the staff who run them.
• Hands-on experience with follow-up worklists and tracking patients to completion.

Responsibilities

• Design a customer's follow-up program around staffing, referral patterns, and EHR integration.
• Advise on configuration decisions including worklist setup, templates, outreach cadences, and resolution reasons.
• Support navigator training and user acceptance ahead of go-live; serve as clinical resource during early live period.
• Contribute navigator perspective to product requirements, design reviews, and prioritization.
• Review follow-up recommendations and categorization with the clinical team.
