Unidine at Portsmouth Regional Hospital in Portsmouth, NH is hiring a Diet Clerk to support patient menu management under the Patient Services Manager. Both full-time and part-time schedules available; location is at 3333 Borthwick Ave, Portsmouth, NH 03801. Willing to train.

You will assist patients with menu selections, coordinate diet orders with dietitians, prepare supplements, and ensure compliance with dietary guidelines while maintaining HIPAA and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Distributes and collects menus.
• Assists patients in completing menu selections in accordance with prescribed diet.
• Plans regular and modified menus based on current diet manual.
• Prepares and distributes supplements, tube feedings, and enteral formula.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
