Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED equivalently preferred.
• Previous food service experience preferred.
• Must possess good verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic math skills required.
• Ability to work well with others.
• Good organizational skills and the ability to work with pre-defined time frames and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Assembles meal trays accurately using meal ticket and diet restrictions.
• Sets up work station with correct supplies/food items.
• Daily, weekly and monthly cleaning assignments.
• Follows Food Code and HACCP principles.
• Performs other duties assigned by your Supervisor.
• Variable hours, schedule to be determined by Supervisor.
