Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare, assemble and deliver patient meals in accordance with quality, service, infection control, and food safety standards.
• Deliver stock supplies to the patient floor kitchens.
• Serve guests and maintain positive customer relations; replenish foods and supplies as needed.
• Perform sanitation duties and dish room duties as assigned.
• Take payments for guest trays and cafeteria transactions per policy.
• Set up and serve meals for corporate dining and other outlets; decorate buffets as needed.
