Qualifications

• Provide friendly, attentive service to patients and families for meal-related needs.
• Ability to read/understand written instructions and use hospital tablets.
• Prefer 1 year of experience in high-volume, direct customer interaction.

Responsabilités

• Assist patients with meal selections and explanations of menu options.
• Explain basic diet instructions and modifications as needed.
• Document alternate food preferences in a timely and accurate manner.
• Support training of new staff and participate in ongoing department education.
