Responsibilities

• Assembles patient and mobile meal trays per diet guidelines.
• Delivers meals to patient rooms per procedures.
• Assists with cafeteria service, including cash handling and daily reports.
• Performs cleaning duties in kitchen and cafeteria using sanitation procedures.
• Assists with catering events, promotions and daily specials.
• Prepares snacks, beverages, sandwiches, and other items per recipes and portions.
• Maintains supplies and presentation of food in retail and kitchen areas.
• Delivers and stocks supplies to nursing units, lounges, and ERs; follows procedures.
