Responsibilities

• Food preparation using basic kitchen utensils for sandwiches, salads, fruits and desserts while maintaining food safety standards.
• Set up and assemble patient trays by reading meal tickets and placing items; ensure correct temperatures and portion control.
• Deliver trays to patients and assist with cafeteria service; greet patients and verify patient name and room.
• Observe service timelines for timely meal delivery and replenish supplies as needed.
• Retrieve dirty trays, perform tray sweeps, and return items to the dish room.
• Assemble and deliver nourishments between meals and maintain accurate nourishment sheets.
• Maintain sanitation and personal hygiene in accordance with safety policies.
