Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Food Safety Certification required within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, assemble and deliver patient meals following quality and safety standards.
• Deliver stock supplies to patient floor kitchens and serve guests with care.
• Replenish used foods and supplies and perform sanitation duties.
• Complete dish room duties and related tasks daily.
• Collect payments for guest trays and handle cafeteria transactions per policy.
• Set up and serve meals for corporate retail, catering and other outlets.
• Decorate buffet and reception tables as assigned.
