Trinity Health Michigan is seeking a part-time Food Service Worker to perform a variety of meal assembly, delivery, dishwashing, and related duties in our hospital environment.

Responsibilities include stocking stations, reading tray tickets, delivering meals to patient rooms, and maintaining cleanliness of dishes and kitchen areas. The role requires reading/writing English and physical stamina, with on-site service and a rotating shift.

Formación

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Able to read and write English.
• Three to six months on-the-job training or previous experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Set-up and clean-up of tray lines and assembly area including hot and cold items, silverware, dishes, napkins, salads, desserts, breads and beverages.
• Stock work stations with food and non-food items.
• Read tray tickets and provide correct food items.
• Load trays on delivery carts and transfer to patient care units and clinics.
• Deliver meals to patients' bedside and assist with all needs/requests.
• Operate dishwasher and sanitize all metal ware, pots and utensils.
• Maintain tray delivery/pick-up records.
