Job summary

Fairview Health Services is looking for a Nutrition Service Aide to support food preparation, meal service, and sanitation in our patient-focused kitchens. You will assist with tray assembly, deliver meals, and help maintain safety and quality standards.

Ideal candidates communicate clearly in English, have basic math skills, and enjoy working in a fast-paced team. A High School Diploma or GED is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must communicate clearly in English (verbal and written).
• Basic math skills required for daily tasks.

Responsibilities

• Prepares food safely and on time according to recipes and schedules.
• Washes dishes and cookware following procedures.
• Follows infection control and hygiene policies.
• Assists with tray assembly and delivery of patient meals.
• Handles floor stock and nourishments and may assist with cashiering tasks.
• Maintains compliance with laws, policies and standards.
• Participates in process improvements and team initiatives.
