Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare and assemble meal trays according to diet orders and daily work assignments.
• Wash, clean, and prepare vegetables and other food items for meal service.
• Deliver and retrieve food carts to and from patient care areas.
• Operate dishwashing equipment and perform cleaning of kitchen utensils, pots, pans, and work areas.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen, dining, and food preparation areas in compliance with safety standards.
• Assist with food service for special events and perform other related duties as assigned.
