Job summary

Kaiser Permanente in Honolulu, Hawaii is seeking an entry-level Food Service Worker to support patient meals, guest meals, cafeteria and catering operations under close supervision. You will assemble meal trays, load carts, deliver meals, restock with utensils and beverages, clean and sanitize areas, and assist with receptions and events while maintaining safety standards.

Qualifications

• Six months of food service experience within past six years or current ServSafe Food Handler or Hawaii DOH Food Safety certification.

• Reading, writing and speaking English are required.

Basic Qualifications

• Six (6) months of food service experience within past six (6) years or current certification from ServSafe Food Handler or State of Hawaii Department of Health Food Safety Branch Food Safety class.

• High school diploma; or equivalent combination of education (lesser) & experience may be considered in lieu of requirements.
