Responsibilities

• Prepares and serves meals per patient specs, including diet orders and patient identifications.
• Records patient intakes and nutrient information per procedures.
• Provides menu information and explains ingredients and preparation methods.
• Assists with food preparation and operates required equipment as needed.
• Refills condiments and floor stock; delivers to all areas.
• Cleans and sanitizes work stations and kitchenware; adheres to food safety guidelines.
• Works with the Nutrition Services team to coordinate prep and timely order delivery.
