Scout Clinical, a leading provider in patient reimbursements for clinical trials, is hiring a Patient Liaison for a fully remote role. You will review and approve travel and expense reimbursements, coordinate with vendors, and ensure timely, courteous service to patients and study sites.
The ideal candidate has a BS/BA or equivalent, at least 3 years in customer service or life sciences, and strong MS Office skills. Experience with travel, global currencies, and vendor management is a plus.

The Patient Liaison provides support to patients and clinics involved in pharmaceutical research trials. You would be responsible for ensuring that customers (patients and clinics) of Scout Clinical receive excellent and consistent service. This includes reviewing and approving travel and expense reimbursement requests, partnering with our vendors to fulfill services, and answering questions in a timely and courteous manner.
Fully remote position for the following shift:
Hours: 9-hour shift (including 1-hour lunch for a total of 8-hour shift)
Some holiday work may be required.
