Prenuvo is seeking a Patient Liaison for our Minneapolis, MN clinic to warmly welcome patients, assist with check-in, and coordinate with staff to ensure a smooth, positive patient experience. This is a full-time, 6-month contract based on-site, with potential scheduling flexibility to accommodate patient needs.

The ideal candidate brings exceptional customer service, strong communication, and a compassionate, detail-oriented approach to patient interactions in a fast-paced clinic environment.

We are looking for a Patient Liaison (Full-time, 6-month Contract) to join our incredible team at our Minneapolis, MN United clinic located at 1673 Park Place Blvd, St Louis Park, MN 55416. As our patients walk into the clinic, you will be the welcoming face of our clinic, embodying a cheerful, professional, and polished demeanor at all times. This role is perfect for someone with a natural talent for customer service, a compassionate outlook, and exceptional attention to detail.

Our clinic is open up to seven (7) days a week, and the role may require a flexible schedule, including weekdays, weeknights, and weekends. As this is an on-site position. The ideal candidate will be within 45 minutes driving distance of the clinic located at 1673 Park Place Blvd, St Louis Park, MN 55416.
