Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Current California Phlebotomy Technician license is required.
• BLS/CPR certification required.
• Experience in health education or medical field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison to improve patient care and flow.
• Document accurately per department standards and grant requirements.
• Assist with scheduling, referrals, and patient follow-up.
• Perform venipuncture, finger sticks, and waived testing per procedures.
