PATIENT FOOD SERVICES MANAGER II- ROCHESTER, MN

Join Morrison Healthcare as a Patient Food Services Manager II in Rochester, MN, leading our Patient Services Team in an acute care setting.

Position Overview

This role involves establishing goals, overseeing patient food service operations based on medical directives, hiring and training staff, ensuring dietary compliance, and participating in patient satisfaction and quality improvement programs.

Qualifications
  • Associate degree with one year of experience in food services or related field, or a bachelor's degree in food service management or related field
  • Preferred certifications include Certified Dietary Manager, Registered Diet Technician, or Registered Dietitian
  • Minimum one year of food service management experience in an acute care setting preferred
  • ServSafe certification desirable
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, electronic medical records, and diet office systems
