Patient (Food Service) Solutions Support Manager - 100% Nationwide Travel

Join us as a Patient (Food Service) Solutions Support Manager at Compass One Healthcare.

Salary: $60,000-65,000

Location: Based out of Tampa, FL, with 100% nationwide travel

Schedule: 10 days on, 4 days off (including travel days)

Job Summary

We are seeking a Patient Solutions Support Manager to join our Patient Solutions Team. This role requires 100% nationwide travel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish goals and oversee implementation of patient food services based on medical directives and patient needs.
  • Hire, direct, coach, train, and develop patient service team members.
  • Ensure compliance with dietary restrictions and meet patient food preferences within diet guidelines.
  • Assist in achieving patient satisfaction goals.
  • Maintain adherence to regulatory standards, including HIPAA and patient rights policies.
  • Lead patient satisfaction initiatives, departmental meetings, and quality improvement programs.
Qualifications
  • Associate degree with 1 year of food service or related experience, or a bachelor’s degree in food service management or related field.
  • Preferred certifications: Certified Dietary Manager, Registered Diet Technician, or Registered Dietitian.
  • At least 1 year of food service management experience, preferably in an acute care setting.
  • ServSafe certification desirable.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, electronic medical records, and diet management systems.
  • Live near an airport for travel convenience.
