Job summary

TriStar NorthCrest Medical Center in Springfield, TN is seeking a Patient Service Representative responsible for coordinating patient meals, obtaining menu preferences, and delivering nourishments with accurate labeling.

You will maintain patient information in the Computrition Hospitality Suite, ensure timely meal preparation and service, and perform other duties as assigned; an equal opportunity employer.

• High school degree or equivalent (preferred).
• Food Handlers or ServSafe Certificate (preferred).
• Banquet/server experience (preferred).
• Minimum one year of food service experience required.
• Completion of application assessment required.

The Patient Service Representative will be an experienced and competent professional responsible for obtaining food preferences, preparing, and distributing quality food and supplies to patients daily. This role exemplifies excellent customer service to all patients and employees.
