Job summary

Morrison Healthcare, a Compass Healthcare company, is hiring for full-time WAITER/WAITRESS positions at the Saint Petersburg, FL area. 12-hour shifts from 6:30 am to 6:30 pm, 3.5 days per week, with rotating weekends and some holidays. Prior hospitality or patient service experience is preferred but not required.

Pay ranges from $16.00 to $18.00 per hour, plus benefits and opportunities for growth. Location: Orlando Health Bayfront Hospital, Saint Petersburg, FL.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or customer service preferred but not required.
• Ability to take and deliver food and beverages with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and take food and beverage orders.
• Deliver food promptly and maintain safe handling and sanitation standards.
• Advise guests on menu items and accommodate special requests and allergies.
• Communicate with back-of-house staff to ensure accurate deliveries and special requests.
• Promote a clean, safe dining environment and handle tickets with proper cash-handling procedures.
