Job summary

Lori’s Gifts, Inc. is seeking a Sales Associate to join our team. You will deliver warm, attentive customer service, keep the sales floor clean and stocked, and handle cash and card transactions with the POS system.

This role supports our mission of comfort and connection in hospital communities, while following merchandising guidelines and safety procedures. Flexible hours, weekends, and holidays may be required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Prior experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Regular and predictable attendance is an essential requirement.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service with warmth and attentiveness.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked sales floor.
• Operate the POS system for cash and card transactions.
• Follow merchandising and promotional guidelines.
• Open and close the store independently when scheduled.
• Uphold company policies and safety procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
